Terms & Conditions

By booking Umrah packages, holiday deals, flights, hotels, visas, or any other service with us, you agree to our terms & conditions. Please make sure you've read them all the way through. The Company may change these policy agreements at any time without notice. Check the flight tickets you receive, and if you notice anything incorrect or something is missing, contact us at your earliest convenience. You won't have to pay us if you don't inform us about any changes written on the statement. Please note that the information below is based on what the Principal told us when the reservation was made. Also, be informed promptly if any of these details are different. Please make sure that all of your flight details are in order.

Flight Ticket Policy

Please confirm your flight at least 72 hours before take-off. Tickets once its issued cannot be refunded or amended under any circumstances without change penalties. We do not confirm prices until we issue the tickets under any circumstances. We do not confirm prices until we issue the tickets.

Flight delays (due to weather or any other reason) or cancellations (to or from the UK) caused by the operator's failure or inability to fulfill their contractual obligations are beyond our control. We will help the operator find alternate flights. Ensure you have enough travel insurance to deal with this kind of issue. However, you are highly advised to review the invoice carefully.

If the customer's airline, hotel, or transportation vouchers are subject to change, the customer will be responsible for paying any fare difference that may occur.

Hotel Policy

If the company cannot arrange the previously agreed-upon hotel, it reserves the right to offer an alternative. Hotel fees may also change until you make full payment or book the hotel. Prices are subject to availability.

Deposit Policy

Deposits secure your reservation, but do not guarantee the fare, To minimize potential fare increases, we recommend paying the balance as soon as possible.

A 50% deposit of the total price is required to secure your booking. Prices are subject to change based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

After a flight has been cancelled, you cannot get your money back. You may be able to change your flight, but the airline may charge you extra. If you cancel your ticket, we will charge you half of the deposit as a processing fee before granting the tickets.

Suppose you cancel your Umrah Package or Holiday deal before getting your flight tickets, hotel rooms & transportation. In that case, you will be charged a 50% administration fee per passenger on your deposit. If you seek a refund or amendment to your Umrah Package or Holiday deals, we will check with the airlines to see if the flight tickets can be changed or refunded. The amount of your ticket refund will be reported according to the airline's directions (if any), but an administration fee per passenger will be taken out. Also, we will respond to you back within 48 hours.

Baggage Allowance

Baggage allowances vary by airline. Before you travel, it is your responsibility to check and confirm the total baggage allowance on your ticket.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with Etihad Travels services, please contact us in writing within 2 days of the event or 7 days after returning from your journey. Any messages sent after this time will cause problems to be resolved with delay or maybe no action will be taken or considered.

Check-in Times

Due to security concerns, we strongly advise that you check in three to four hours before an International and two hours for European and domestic flights. Check-in usually closes 90 minutes before the flight take-off, so please ensure you have enough time to get to the airport.

Meal Requests

The airline will try its best to accommodate your meal request, but it is not guaranteed. If you haven't already made the request, please let us know, and we will inform the airline on your behalf.

English Law

The agreement/contract between the customer and the company shall be subject to English law and jurisdiction when arranging travel and accommodation. The customer and service provider agree that any disputes arising within the KSA shall be governed by Saudi Law and Jurisdiction. You are responsible for what you do; we can't help you if you break local rules, whether you know it or not. Only the British Embassy or your travel insurance provider could assist you.

Non-UK National

If the applicant is not a national of the country he or she is seeking for Visa, the applicant must submit a valid resident permit.

Please remember that everything is subject to terms and conditions and being available. At any moment and without prior notice, Etihad Travels reserves the right to decline service If you let us know your needs and wants when you book, we will do our best to meet them. However, if we cannot provide you with the agreed-upon services, we will provide you with an alternate choice.

Trip Insurance

Please make all necessary arrangements for travel insurance.

Your Financial Protection

The Civil Aviation Authority (C.A.A.) created and implemented the ATOL scheme to protect air passengers on flights or holiday services. U.K. law requires all tour operators and travel companies that sell air packages and flights from the UK to hold an ATOL license for the entire tour duration.To verify our ATOL Number (10416), visit the ATOL website at www.caa.co.uk/ATOL.

When acquiring a flight or a flight-inclusive holiday protected under ATOL and offered by us, our clients get an ATOL certificate. This certificate details the financial items covered, offers guidance on what these items mean, and explains who to call in complaints.

The services mentioned on your ATOL Certificate (or a good alternative) will be provided by us or the suppliers on your certificate. Suppose the supplier or we are both unable to fulfil your order due to financial difficulties. In that case, another ATOL holder may be able to do so on our behalf or one of theirs (at no additional expense to you). In such cases, you consent to the alternative ATOL holder fulfilling its duties, and you agree to pay any money owed to them under your contract.

However, you also accept that in some situations, it will be impossible to select an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you can file a claim under the ATOL program (or your credit card issuer, if applicable). You agree that if the Trustees give you a payment or benefit, you will give them all of your claims against us, the travel agent, or your credit card company, if applicable. Additionally, you acknowledge that another entity may be awarded your claims under the ATOL system if that entity has already paid the amounts you have claimed.
